Music evolved through technology, beginning with the discovery of musical notes 1000 years ago, and moving from acoustic instruments to sound recording and reproduction. The development of modern music in the last fifty years was based on the sound reproduced by electricity.
In 2070, there might be a radical change that will allow us to create new sounds developed with an energy source yet unknown. As it happened in the 1970s with the advent of the first synthesizers, a brand new path will emerge to lead the future generations.
