A visual essay of Tokyo

Tokyo exists in my memory as if on a television screen. The camera is moving in close as if descending on the scattered archipelago from space. At fist the city looks like an alien planet. Whatever my point of departure, Tokyo is the opposite pole. My memory of Tokyo exists as chains of images or mental strips of photographs fed by the graphic nature of its its culture.
