Produced for ipad magazine POST, The Internet is a Desert has been chosen as part of the official selection and the competition at this Septembers Venice Film Festival. Shot by Can Evgin, is a film is set in the wonderfully chaotic city of Istanbul. With a flowing conversation between old friends Olivier Zahm and Miltos Manetas discussing the philosophical ideas involved in the boundless possibilities of the web. Olivier Zahm is the Editor in Chief of purple FASHION Magazine and purple DIARY – a unique intimate photo journal based insight into his world. Miltos Manetas is an acclaimed Greek artist and founder of Neen – an online art movement whose work tests the boundaries of social media and the internet.
