Paris. The pretty girl. The bad boy. Arrival of a train. Embarking with the Louis Vuitton fashion show in the morning and terminating with the Louis Vuitton Marc Jacobs exhibition opening at Les Arts Decoratifs the same evening, Olivier Zahm tells the story of his day through the lens of the trailer for the 1963 film Le Mepris. The famous preview for Jean-Luc Godard’s film starring Brigitte Bardot is paid homage in this short playful narrative ‘diary’ which recounts the day of March 7th 2012 in intermittent explicative phrases and images.
