Underground by Anthony Asquith
This clip from Anthony Asquith’s 1928 film ‘Underground’ is a teaser from a series of films that are part of the BFI’s curated film selection ‘Tales of the Underground’ which have been selected from their archive and are being shown on their “Canary Wharf Screen” which is a blank canvas in a stunning concrete space at the far end of a busy underground concourse. This particular series of films will be on show from January 7th 2013 to February 5th 2013 and co-inside with celebration of 150 years of London’s Underground transport system.
