[October 4 2016]
Yevgeniya Baras’ sensuous canvases break from concrete themes and instead explore the abstract qualities of the world around her through color and texture. The sublime hues and roughness of the oil paint set on top of found objects add dramatic emotion to the abstract story told by the artist.
On view until October 9th, 2016 at Nicelle Beauchene, 327 Broome Street, New York.
