A pilgrimage to Normandy

French filmmaker Jean Rollin represents women as evil spirits, vampires or just wandering souls are the main heroes of his films, they are the mystical creatures, lost between reality and fantasy world. Almost in all of his movies exists a sacred, poetic Limb – a place which symbolises the transition between two worlds. This place is a certain beach in Normandy. Conceiving the pilgrimage to this place was a special act, in order to fully succumb to the mystical world of Rollin.
