Jealousy by Nils Bech
Purple TV presents the brilliant new video for Jealousy from renowned Norwegian singer and performance artist Nils Bech made in collabvoration with friend and artist Ida Ekblad. Taken from his latest album One Year, Jealousy tell’s the story of the first year with his boyfriend of 4 years. “The first year was filled with love, anger, shame and Jealousy. In the video I wanted to make a three way drama inside a theater group. I played in a piece at the Norwegian National Theater in 2014 and happened to meet Gisken Armand and Petronella Barker; two of the leading ladies of the theater. The video is filmed at the same theatre and the stage scenography is made by my best friend; artist Ida Ekblad for a play that was staged at the theatre this winter.” The video features clothes from Norwegian designer Admnir Batlak S/S 2015 and hats by Mona Strand.
