Der Nachtmahr Trailer by Akiz
Visual artist Akiz presents his first feature length film Der Nachtmahr, a German horror film set in Berlin. Put simply the film centers on a 17-year-old party girl Tina Peterson, who finds herself haunted after a wild night out by a twisted Gollum-like homunculus, that no one else can see. As reality and dreams collide, Tina finds herself befriending the creature thus forging a relationship that will change the lives of everyone around her. Kim Gordon stars in the film as Tina’s English teacher who leads the class in a lecture about the work of William Blake. Alongside the mood altering electronic beats, Gordon has also contributed to the film’s soundtrack.
