Youth, hosted by Carolina Cavalli, Tatiana De Pahlen, Sofia De Pahlen, and Elizabeth Gilpin, displays a collection of images sourced entirely from the blogosphere: We see them as identification tags of our Y generation. The selection of images opened a conversation amongst peers, it is an exchange between photographers, visual artists, creative writers and authors who share our youth in the present-age, such as Coco Young, Coni Dietrich, Tatjana Radicevic, Colin Michael Simmons, Sophie Van Der Perre, Logan White, Ryan Young, and more. These images were created based on the needs and possibilities of the Internet, giving voice to emerging talents and blog-stars from around the world. Youth is realized only through virtual exchange, showing the power of a new generation’s creative possibilities. By being printed into a book, these artists’ works are translated into matter. Youth will be published in April 2014 and willbe further presented in New York at Bill Powers‘ Half Gallery on May 2nd. Photo Luca Palmer
