Artist Yayoi Kusama drapes a 14th Street contruction site with her dynamic signature repetitive dots in conjunction with her retrospective at the Whitney Museum. Kusama’s 120 foot tall Yellow Trees net is visible from the nearby High Line and future location of the downtown space for the museum. Photo and text Juliana Balestin
