“Whisper Temptations in My Ear,” an exhibition by Hyegyeong Choi at Harper’s, Los Angeles
Presenting twelve new painting by the Korean Brooklyn-based artist, “Whisper Temptations in My Ear” invites the viewer in the colorful, mystical fantasy of Choi. Twisted, stretched contorted – the anthropomorphic figures flow from body into object, highlighting the interconnectedness between all being on earth as Choi creates new narratives on body image, sexuality and gender.
