“Westwood | Kawakubo” exhibition currently at the National Gallery of Victoria in Australia

A first-time exhibition bringing together two radical forces in fashion for the first time. Featuring nearly 150 works by Vivienne Westwood and Rei Kawakubo, it traces their parallel yet distinct challenges to convention from the 1970s to today, revealing how garments and footage redefined beauty, gender and the body as provocation.
