Tracey Emin’s new two venue exhibition at Lehmann Maupin features over 100 works in bronze, painting, sculpture and film. At the gallery’s Chrystie Street location, Emin presents a series of delicate but powerful self portraits on paper. The artist continues to confront sexuality and the human experience on honest terms while the presentation of works feels understated and sophisticated. I Followed You To The Sun is on view through June 22nd 2013 at Lehmann Maupin, 201 Chrystie Street and 540 West 26th Street, New York. Photo and text Juliana Balestin
