To kick off Paris Art Week, Reena Spaulings gallery opened an exhibition in Paris featuring a mix of conceptual art and installations. The works presented, using varied media, playfully critique conventions while questioning the boundaries between artist and market. Reena Spaulings, founded by the namesake collective known for its satirical approach, presents pieces that blur the line between art and commodity, leaving viewers to interpret the absurdities of consumerism and culture. At the opening, Girlband New York delivered a live performance, injecting raw energy into the gallery space and aligning with Spaulings’ rebellious spirit.
