“Spartacus” is currently on view at JW Anderson Soho in London
Dedicated to Bob Mizer’s groundbreaking Physique Pictorial, the exhibition presents 40 original works from Mizer’s personal collection, celebrating one of the first American publications created for a gay male audience. Through photography, illustration, and archival material, it traces how the magazine transformed representations of the male body and helped shape the visual language of queer culture.
