“SMUG” is a collective exhibition supporting Uganda’s LGBT community. In tribute of the victims of police agression that took place on August 4th, 2016 during a Pride celebration in the capital, the thematic representation of the issue was put in focus at Kunstfabrik in Berlin. Dedicated to Sexual Minorities Uganda, the pop-up show included a performance by Valentin Tszin and works by Giovanni Leonardo Bassan, Rose Salane, Matt Lambert, Jan Scott Melka, Nick Jeffrey, Alexander Iskin and Manon Wertenbroek.
