Inspired by the Mediterranean, the exhibition explores a sun-soaked vision of Pop Art shaped by beaches, freedom, pleasure, and escape. Works by artists including Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein, Jeff Koons, Ed Ruscha, and Martin Parr reflect on the optimism of the 1960s and 1970s while also questioning the illusions and excesses behind the dream of endless summer.
