Drawing on works by Jean-Michel Basquiat, Nan Goldin, Barbara Kruger, Jenny Holzer, and others, the exhibition examines how images shape identity, desire, and systems of power. Through painting, photography, and text-based works, it reflects on the cultural and political tensions of the 1980s, many of which continue to resonate today.
