Gladstone Gallery’s 21st Street exhibition space features a new solo exhibition by artist Peter Buggenhout. At first, the artist’s found object sculptures appear to be haphazard mounds of ruined materials. However, the details of the large format objects reveal an ordered and systematic approach to construction designed to undermine the original purpose of the materials. Caterpillar Logic II is on view through April 19th 2014 at Gladstone Gallery, West 530 West 21st Street, New York. Photo and text Juliana Balestin
