Dash was a very close friend and PURPLE contributor over many years. This exhibition, which is curated by Jeppe Ugelvig, centers mostly Snow’s Polaroid photography from the early 2000s. Raw, fractured world, just like Snow saw it.
Drawing on French Symbolism, the show presents Snow as a mythmaker who transforms everyday scenes into allegories of decadence and spectacle. “Carrion” frames these works as both cultural artifacts and prophetic warnings.
On view until November 26th
