Galerie Perrotin presents a selection of iconic works by Kate Ericson and Mel Ziegler whose collaboration, beginning in the late 70s, continued uninterrupted until Ericson’s premature death in 1995. Sunthesizing conceptual, land-art, and interventionist strategies, Ericson and Ziegler developed a distinctly American community-based art outside the orbit of New York. Emmanuel Perrotin revisits the full span of the couple’s career in an exhibition that runs until August 22nd. Photo Elise Gallant
