Published by Phaidon, Transmission is a book released by the french brand A.P.C on the occasion of their 30th anniversary. The book is divided in three parts: “percept”, “written material” and “catalogue raisonné”.
“Percept” features a series of collages by Jean Touitou, the creative director and founder of the brand, made before A.P.C. “Written material”, instead, gathers texts Touitou wrote to help the reader understand what A.P.C is. Finally, “catalogue raisonné” includes everything that has been done at A.P.C in these thirty years, including invitations, ad campaigns, images of their stores, and collaborations with other designers.
Transmission is now available to purchase here.
