A visit to the Palazzina Liberty designed by architect Alberto Migliorini, Milan

Originally, the Palazzina Liberty was the offices of the fruit and vegetable market and used as a café-restaurant and a place where greengrocer wholesalers could meet and do business. When the market was transferred, this building fell into a state of disrepair until Dario Fo and his company turned it into a theatre in the 1960’s. In 1980 the City Council decided to renovate it and use it as the home for the City Band and various other recreational and cultural activities.
