“12341 Branford St. Sun Valley” by Kim Gordon on view at 303 Gallery, New York
Comprised of a single film installation co-directed with Manuela Dalle, the exhibition follows Gordon as she drags her electric guitar across piles of wrecked cars and scrapyard debris, transforming discarded metal into an improvised soundscape. Set within a junkyard landscape, the work reflects on consumption, decay, memory, and the hidden afterlife of industrial objects.
