“It really came together in the moment. We were all at fashion week, and Loftjet and I love ‘Freak It’ so much that we thought it was honestly rude that it never got a video. So loft had this amazing idea to just get all my fans together and throw a party . Then he got his friend normie involved and the rest is history! We filmed all night at Les Bains Hotel. So many crazy things happened… like at one point our director got stuck in one of the hotel elevators for an hour! We ended the shoot at 4 AM with me literally running thru the street with my fans. This video is for the fans , they deserve it. I really wanna thank everybody who pulled up and made it such a fun chaotic night.”

“Freak It’ was supposed to be the last track on the album and that was that. Then I started playing it live and the fans went insane. At some point, I just had to give in. I wrote and produced it with my friends, which made it even more fun to finally put out. I miss the chaos and joy of artists like LMFAO and Avicii, and honestly, I just want to lose my mind at clubs this summer listening to this song. The fans yelling at me to release it basically did me a favor. God was definitely in the studio that day.” – Kim Petras
