Marine Serre releases “Heads or Tails” film for Fall/Winter 2025

Marine Serre extends the narrative of their Fall/Winter 2025 collection with “Heads or Tails”, a hybrid film blending runway presentation and experimental cinema. Directed by Tess Lochanski, it centers on the “Ghost”, a modern, otherworldly heroine inspired by David Lynch and Irma Vep. The film blurs reality and fiction, reinforcing themes of empowerment and transformation. Para One’s soundtrack deepens the atmosphere, layering a Bulgarian choir with Mario Savio’s speech and a tribute to Angelo Badalamenti. Released on social media, the five-minute short intercuts scenes from last month’s Monnaie de Paris runway show with cinematic sequences, pushing the collection beyond fashion.
