Hanni el Khatib’s Roach Cock by Ricky Saiz by Hanni el Khatib
The music video for Hanni El Khatib’s new single Roach Cock was Directed by Ricky Saiz (Supreme’s Designer) it was shot in one take at Tokyo’s legendary bar Casba starring Japanese model Diana Chiaki. Saiz describes the concept behind the film “The Song Title alone is quite suggestive… Roach Cock. When making the film in Tokyo I wanted to have an anonymous girl evoking a 70’s Cramps/ Misfits era punk feel. Having it be one sustained take was very important to the energy of the project. The Location Casba has always felt like a Nan Goldin photograph to me and I thought it would make a perfect backdrop.”
