Yohji Yamamoto Inc. in collaboration with FAPA presents “YOHJI YAMAMOTO / Mode Photo”. The exhibition honors the visionary career of the iconic Fashion Designer through the lenses of a range of leading fashion photographers. Among them are Nick Knight, Craig McDean, David Sims, Inez van Lamsweerde & Vinoodh Matadin, Peter Lindbergh, and Max Vadukul, together with Japanese photographers like Keiichi Tahara and Yutaka Yamamoto. The exhibition also includes runway videos from every Paris Collection, including the legendary wedding dress from 1998 (seen for the first time in Japan).
On view until January 15th, 2017 at Daikanyama Hillside Forum, 18−8, Sarugakucho, Shibuya, Tokyo.
