Presented in the MAXXI, a museum fully dedicated to 21st-century art, “What A Wonderful World” aims to highlight the challenges, uncertainties, conflicts and hopes the technological world brings us. Through a variety of installations and digital art –with a strong focus on AI and the metaverse– leading contemporary artists such as Jon Rafman, Carsten Holler, James Webb, August di Martino, Rosella Biscotti and Ed Atkins invite the public to reflect on the issues facing humanity today, and the role art will play going forward.
“What a Wonderful World,” is on view now until March 12 2023 at MAXXI, Via Guido Reni, Rome
