Amanda Charchian’s “A Very Bad Man” is a cinematic and slightly melancholic glimpse into her experience of Hollywood’s social scene. This monograph features 68 photographs taken at the legendary Chateau Marmont, capturing artists, musicians, and models like Bianca Balti , Romain Gavras , Laura Harrier and Gabriette. It also includes original commissioned artworks by contemporary LA artists such as Jonas Wood and Louise Bonnet. Fashion is styled by Alex Assil, with casting by Noah Shelley.
Launching at Karl Lagerfeld’s Librarie 7L in Paris today from 7-9pm, proceeds from the book support LA wildfire relief efforts.
