Artist Phil Collins exploits social absurd situations and pop culture references to examine themes of representations and identitiy. For his latest exhibition with Tanya Bonakdar, Collins offers two floors of mixed media environments that allow the viewer to consider the language of consumerism both globally and individually. On view through October 19th 2013 at Tanya Bonakdar, 521 West 21st Street, New York. Photo and text Juliana Balestin
