My friend Renée took me to The Salvation Army in Tokyo. It’s a great place to buy really cheap beautiful antique kimonos or ceramics. It is only open on Thursdays from 9 A.M. to 11 A.M. and on Saturdays from 9 A.M. to 1 P.M., but Thursday is the best day to go. Nakano, Tokyo. Photo Olympia Le-Tan
