Hauser and Wirth’s Savile Row space presents Martin Creed’s Mothers through 5 March. This monumental exhibition has been a labor of the past several years for the artist. Creed beautifully progresses from last Spring’s fantastic film and installation at Gavin Brown’s Enterprise. The strength in Creed’s works is his ability to reveal and develop a theme without limiting himself to a singular medium. A delicate black and white 35mm film screens next to an aggressive and sexy neon sign but the artist’s singular vision never waivers. Mothers by Martin Creed runs until 5 March at Hauser and Wirth, 23 Savile Row, London. Text Juliana Balestin
