Lisa Yuskavage‘s latest solo exhibition with David Zwirner continues
her fascination with the clownishly erotic female form. However,
alongside these nude fantasy women the artist shows development in both
landscape and storyline complexity by conceiving her works in a larger
scale. One of the most successful outcomes of the larger format approach is Triptych which functions visually and narratively as as a whole and three separate panels. On view until 5th November 2011 at David Zwirner 525 west 19th st, New York. Text and Photo Juliana Balestin
