On display at the CultureEdit Gallery in Los Angeles are 31 line drawings of artist, musician and previous presidential candidate, Casey Spooner accompanied by a few drawings of the American queer artist, AA Bronson. Robert Knoke was born in Hanover, Germany. He currently splits his time between New York City, Berlin and Paris. Since 1991, he has been developing a multimedia body of work comprising of performance, photo collages, video installations and drawings. People that have sat for Knoke include Iris Apfel, Fabien Baron, Bret Easton Ellis, Nicola Formichetti, Debbie Harry, Marc Jacobs, The Kills, Rick Owens, Andrée Putman, Olivier Zahm and Patti Smith to name a few.
