“Matin, midi et soir” is the new intergenerational and multidisciplinary exhibition at Galerie Honoré Visconti displaying artworks focusing on the subject of light. In a snub to the art world as it is now, the show will also present a new way of bidding, whereby the works will not be up for sale but up for exchange. Featuring 43 artists living in Paris, visitors will have a chance to place exchange offers on art and photo works by Sophie Calle, Andrea Montano, Camille Flammarion, Linus Ricard, Marion Mailaende, and Pierre Seinturier, to name a few. All types of objects and services, large or small, are encouraged to be offered, examples include furniture, lending a house in the South of France for a month, the realization of a website, or a rare book. After consideration each artist will select their chosen offer.“Matin, midi et soir” opens on this Wednesday, September 14th at 6pm and the offer period will last for four days. Artworks will be on view until September 25th, open from 10am until 8pm daily, at Galerie Honoré Visconti, 7-19 rue Visconti, 75006, Paris. Money will not be taken into account, so prepare your offers now !
