Madre is a multidisciplinary performance orchestrated by musician Daniela Lalita that merges together theatre, sculpture, music, and film in order to create otherworldly and unnerving environments. The costumes were hand-made by Lalita and illustrated nine “Great Mother” archetypes performed by Paul Gondry, Grace Hartzel, Carly Mark, Hirakish, Martine Gutierrez, Jasper Spicero, Lida Fox, Pilar Secada (Lalita’s mother) and others.
