Cecile B Evans hosted a performative power point lecture in which the artist explained the exhibition through google searches, personal anecdotes, and subjective associations. Having never attended the exhibition, the artist used any information she had access to- a collection of popular imagery, historical facts, personal scavenging and memory recalling. The result was an authoritative presentation of a non-objective view that positions high and low information on the same plane, turning the structure and language of a theoretical lecture inside out.
