Carsten Höller celebrating the opening of culinary experience pop-up with We Are Ona and Brutalisten, running until October 20th
On Monday the 14th Carsten Höller celebrated the opening of a special pop-up experience, in collaboration with culinary studio We Are Ona and his Stockholm-based restaurant Brutalisten, running until October 20th
Taking place in an iconic Parisian train station, Höller and We Are Ona crafted a monochromatic, immersive experience featuring a striking design in black and white, with only the food and drinks providing color. Through uniquely blending gastronomy, design and art Hoeller showcases his artistic vision of doubling and division, equally mirrored in brutalist food: a sole ingredient is divided into separate parts, which are all cooked differently, and then reassembled as a dish.
