Years ago when art historian and critic Tomaz Brejc told me about the Frick Collection it became my favorite 5th Avenue secret. My camera wasn’t allowed to go beyond the central garden court, but I promise you that behind those walls you will discover Old Europe you can only dream of. From Bellini, Veronese, Rembrandt, Vermeer, Gainsborough, Goya, Whistler, Bronzino, Degas, Fragonard, El Greco, Manet, Titian, Constable; all mixed together like they would share the same century once.
