For the Givenchy F/W 2014 Women's show Riccardo Tisci traded the previous seasons wire fence encasing for an intimate narrow runway where you could almost touch the models. This change complimented the elegant and sexually charged collection of delicate dresses, butterfly patterns, fine tailoring and furs, an inspiration taken from Carlo Mollino’s Polaroids of women. The strong sensual energy of the collection with lifted further with the soundtrack created exclusively for Givenchy by NYC DJ-duo Chris and Steve Jr. Martinez of the The Martinez Brothers - now the official DJs for Givenchy and whose own own label Cuttin' Headz will launch later this Summer. The boys have now released their latest track with Seth Troxler on the label Tuskegee available here and will play at the American Museum of Natural History in New York on June 20th.
