Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made on the Purple online store, accessible at www.purple.fr, including:

• single issues and subscriptions (print and/or digital) of Purple Magazine,
• boutique products (books, apparel, accessories, and other items).

By placing an order, you accept these Terms without reservation.

2. Products

We strive to describe and present our products as accurately as possible. However, minor differences may exist. Product availability is subject to stock.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in euros (€), inclusive of VAT.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to the order total.
Payment is required in full at the time of order, by the secure payment methods offered on the site.

Orders are confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed.

4. Delivery

Orders are shipped to the delivery address specified when ordering.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and are indicative.
Purple is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or force majeure.

For subscriptions, delivery begins with the next available issue unless otherwise specified.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer law (EU Directive 2011/83/EU and French Consumer Code Articles L221-18 and following):
• You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving any reason and without penalty.
• To exercise this right, notify us in writing at inquire@purple.fr and follow the return instructions we provide.

Exceptions:
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to delivered printed magazines or periodicals, as these are considered perishable or time-sensitive goods.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to subscriptions that have already begun, particularly where immediate access to digital content is provided.

6. Damaged Products or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at inquire@purple.fr, providing:
• your order number,
• a description of the issue,
• and photos of the damaged package/product.

We will then offer:
• a replacement product (subject to availability), or
• a full refund if replacement is not possible.

7. How to Return an Item

If your return request is eligible:
• Contact us at inquire@purple.fr to obtain a return authorization and the return address.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

8. Refunds

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

9. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are non-refundable once they have started.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no pro-rata refunds will be issued.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the site, in publications, and in boutique products is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Any reproduction or resale without prior written consent is prohibited.

11. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data is collected only to process your order and communicate with you.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
