Kylie Minogue stars as the face and figure in the new ad campaign for Beautiful Body of London, the worlds leading international insurance group. Minogue appears for an undisclosed figure and promotes her own new policy which insures her derriere for for the sum of 50 million pounds. When it comes to crafting a policy, a wide range of factors are considered. The valuation is project-specific and the underwriter can spend months assessing the form and dimension of a new policy. For example, it’s important to consider that actress Gwyneth Paltrow is “hugely leg-dependent” in Ironman, but not so in Country Strong, says a spokesman for BBOL. The policies do not protect against consequences of the aging process, nor do they cover “wear and tear” or “slippage,” he continues.” I’ve seen a lot of celebrities insuring their body parts, but I’ve never seen a payout.”
