OLIVIER ZAHM — Ten years already at Saint Laurent. How did it go?
ANTHONY VACCARELLO — It went very, very fast. I didn’t really see the years go by. It feels like yesterday.
OLIVIER ZAHM — Do you remember when you were a young designer, full of ambition, new on the Paris scene?
ANTHONY VACCARELLO — Of course. I remember packing my clothes into boxes to deliver them to Colette, who used to hold showroom appointments in my kitchen. The make-do years. It’s not that I miss them, but I’m nostalgic for that period.
OLIVIER ZAHM — As someone who is quite reserved and discreet, how do you feel about your growing fame?
