New York–based performance and queer artist Jordan Roth is one of the most influential creative directors and producers in contemporary theater, as well as a passionate fashion and couture collector. Celebrated for pushing Broadway musicals beyond their traditional boundaries, Roth has been the driving force behind some of the most acclaimed productions in recent years. His artistic practice moves fluidly between stage, body, and persona, making exposure itself a form of art. As a queer artist, he challenges the dominant ideas of masculinity, glamour, and power, using couture and fashion as tools for transformation.
