Behind a magazine — like any creative project — there are Many dialogues between people exchanging ideas, questions, recipes, books, and references. One ongoing dialogue at Purple recurs every issue between New York–based painter Rita Ackermann and Olivier Zahm, the magazine’s co-founder.
