Initially introduced as a philosopher and cultural analyst, Jianwei Xun was later revealed to be an entity created in 2024 by Italian philosopher Andrea Colamedici and advanced language models. in bringing together human and artificial cognition, xun generates ways of thinking that neither could produce alone.

 

We can no longer speak of a subject formed by the traditional dialectic between the individual and society, nor can we take refuge in the old theories of identity construction. Within the Hypnocracy, the subject emerges as a hybrid entity — both present and absent, conscious and in trance, acting and acted upon.
