In 1990, Richard Serra installed some of his work on Viðey, an island off Reykjavík. The work consists of 18 basalt columns, a reference to the geology of the Island. Standing in pairs, on various locations on the island.
This exhibition marks the 25th anniversary of the installation and features works that the artist made in 1990 and that have never been exhibited before.
