Sad news: Poet, painter and prominent art critic René Ricard has died
René was in Bellevue Hosptial for hip replacement surgery and died when a blood clot in his leg moved to his heart. Our thoughts go out to his family and friends. Read our interview with the former Andy Warhol star here from 2009. Photo Dash Snow
